The frame below the bottles and in the vicinity of the legs on the left is designed to with a specific target stiffness in mind, much higher than the L/800 used for offshore jacket members.

This frame is much stiffer than that required to support the driver and compressor.  Typically the packaging instructions supplied by the compressor manufacturer can be used.

The anchor bolts around the frame are typically enclosed in a cylindrical jacket with large bosses at the far end creating large conical or triangular volumes to resist pull-out.

Note the local web reinforcing in the vicinity to the cross head guides.  Some manufacturers feature integral cross head guides as part of the casting.  Here the cross head guides rest overtop the center of the deepest sections.
